Who Am I?
After decades of suffering from depression and anxiety and experiencing trauma, I was exhausted from my constant internal battles. If you also suffer from these things, you know how it invades all areas of your life – personal, family, spiritual, and professional.
In my journey, I tried different individual and group therapies, both mainstream and alternative, that didn’t work. Psychologists ended up saying they had done what they could or repeating the same things over and over until I wondered why I was paying them. A few things helped ease the pain, but then the depression and anxiety returned in full force, I felt even more hopeless and broken.
When I got a concussion, I started studying the brain. I was able to put the puzzle pieces together and was surprised to find that no one could help me with my depression, anxiety, and PTSD because they were treating symptoms, not the root cause. Learning how to “hack” the brain’s reward system enabled me to feel energized and enthusiastic about life.

In this module, you will gain tools and understanding that awaken your awareness and help you think deeper about your thought processes to open up your life to your true possibilities and enable change.

Description
Circular thinking keeps you trapped in the past, reactive through undesired emotions, or unable to make decisions. In this module, you will learn the two operating systems in your brain so you can easily identify where you are and navigate to where you want to be.

How To Choose Your Operating System

- Identify whether the questions you ask are authentic or inauthentic
- Self-assess if the stories you tell are effective in creating your desired outcome
- Recognize how questions and stories alter your perception of people and events

You feel unlovable, disconnected from those around you, and unable to change the situation. Building on your understanding from the previous module, you will learn how to control which system you access in any situation so that you can feel loved, connected, and empowered.

Empower Yourself To Destroy Obstacles

- Replace words and phrases that limit you with ones that empower so that you gain influence and connect with yourself and others

Description
Storms in life inevitably cause destruction and chaos if you let them. In this module, you will learn how to destroy your fears and stand in your powers, so you can thrive in these storms.

Discover What Motivates You At Your Deepest Level

- Identify how your psychological needs shape your actions and reward your brain
- Learn how to meet your psychological needs internally so you don’t have to rely on the unreliable
- Recognize your psychological priorities to deepen your understanding of why you do what you do

Why do you make the same mistakes or keep engaging in the same destructive behaviors over and over? In this module, you’ll discover what motivates you at your deepest level so you can leverage that knowledge to end destructive behaviors and create beneficial ones.
